Our friends have a fireplace and occasionally have what they call "camp night", or "let's have s'mores" night. Luckily, we're here for a month, so we got to participate with them. The most brilliant thing that they did was use petit ecolier cookies. They're a plain cookie with a slab of dark or milk chocolate on them, so it eliminates the need to cut a piece of chocolate and try to keep it on a graham cracker.
And then we topped them with some extra-ripe strawberries. Droool. Have you had any interesting/fun snacks during this social distancing/quarantine period? Always looking for ideas.

This is GENIUS!! I like the idea of s'mores, but I don't actually like them because it's such a nightmare to get the chocolate to melt and stay in place and etc etc etc. But this--this I would do!
