Baking Addiction

For the last week and half I've been on a non-stop baking marathon. It's been a lot of fun trying new things.  I had to buy yeast!  I made my first homemade crusty bread, homemade brioche (which I used for pizza pockets, a breakfast sandwich, and these tasty guys), homemade Italian cookies...and  Very soon.  I plan to go on a sugar free/bread free diet again.  It's so hard to do when you've checked out a number of cookbooks with such tasty treats in them.  These are the cream brioches from Joanne Chang's cookbook, Flour Too.  Ahhh cookbooks.  I love them.  And I love sugar.  And bread.
